HENRIC:8:D:G:ANG:FRA:Z:HIB:REX Crowned, draped and bearded bust of Henry VIII facing slightly to right. Rev. CIVI - TAS - BRIS - TOLIE Royal coat of arms over cross fleuronnée. North 1864. SCBC 2372. Nicely toned. Minor areas of weakness, flan faults and slightly rough, otherwise, very fine.

From the collection of the American Mathematician and member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives Rodney David Driver (1932-2022), privately acquired from Spink in August 1969.
